FAQs

When should I order my signage & stationery? We recommend ordering your stationery & sending through your wedding information (eg. invitation information, guest list, etc) at least 5-6 weeks before the date you would like it delivered to your door. This date can vary depending on the complexity and size of your order. Need it sooner? Email us at hello@laboda.com.au to see if we can rush it through for you!
Where can I see information on pricing? Prices vary depending on design, print method and paper or acrylic colour. We try to make our pricing as transparent as possible, by showing you the breakdown of costs on each product page so you can see exactly what you're paying for. We also offer package pricing if you are buying a few products. Take a look at our packages here. 
Can you create a custom design for me? We'd love to! Email us at hello@laboda.com.au for a quote. Don't forget to send us your ideas, inspo pics, pinterest boards, pictures of the venue and anything else that helps show us what you are wanting!
Can I add to or change my order? Yes! If you haven't already approved your design proof we can add to or change your order. However, once you have given us the final approval we are unable to make any changes. We can create an add on order for extra invites and other stationery, however it will be more costly as it is a smaller amount, and print/paper colours may vary from each print run and may not exactly match your first order. We recommend ordering a few more invites than you think you need, just in case!
Can I get a printed sample before I approve my design proof? Unfortunately not! Instead, we suggest you purchase one of our sample packs to see examples of paper stocks, acrylic colours, printed digital colours and printed invitations we have done in the past. Once you purchase one of our sample packs, you will also receive an email with a discount code to receive the cost of the sample pack back when you place your order with us.
Do any of your products come with postage stamps? No they don't, but did you know you can order personalised ones from Australia Post with a photo or wedding logo? Click here for more info on the Australia Post website.
I can't find the paper or envelope colour I want, can you source it for me? We will give it a red hot crack! We have access to 100's of paper stocks, colours and textures, so feel free to email us a photo of the colour you are wanting and we will let you know if we can get it for you. 

Our Process

1. Select a design & place your order - Check out our collection here. Feel free to email or chat us for advice!
2. Approve your design proof - After you have placed your order through our website, we will send you a design proof to confirm within 2 business days via email. Once you have reviewed your designs, email us back with any feedback on wording & colours you have and we will work with you to get this perfect until you are happy to go ahead!
3. Print! - Once you are happy with the design and have given us approval to go print, we will send your order to our printing partner.
4. Track Your Package - After we have received your order back from our printing partner, we will complete a quality check, pack your order carefully and send you a tracking number once it has left our studio.
